Cooking Class Service Agreement and Waiver

PARTIES:

This Cooking Class Service Agreement and Waiver ("Agreement") is entered  between:

Joyful Life with KJ LLC and it's coaches located at Taylorsville, NC, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider,"

and

The signer of this agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant."

RECITALS:

The Provider offers cooking classes, and the Participant wishes to attend one of these classes. Both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

AGREEMENT:

1. Class Details:

• The Provider agrees to provide a cooking class via zoom, which may include instructions, demonstrations, and hands-on cooking activities and a replay.

2. Cancellation and Refunds: No refunds available.

3. Assumption of Risk:

• The Participant understands and acknowledges that participating in a cooking class involves inherent risks, including but not limited to knife handling, cooking equipment usage, and exposure to hot surfaces and open flames.

• The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the cooking class and agrees to take responsibility for their actions during the class.

4. Waiver and Release:

• The Participant hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Provider, its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of their participation in the cooking class.

5. Medical Conditions:

• The Participant is responsible for informing the Provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the cooking class. The Provider will make reasonable accommodations whenever possible.

6. Photography and Recording:

• The Provider may take photographs, videos, or recordings during the cooking class for promotional purposes. The Participant consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the class.

7. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States.

8. Entire Agreement:

• This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings for this particular purchase, whether oral or written.

9. Signatures:

By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Cooking Class Service Agreement and Waiver.
