Monday, Nov 28 at 7pm!  Let's make NCEB Veggie Pizza and Salted Caramel Butter  Bites!

 

NCEB Veggie Pizza

  •  8 ounces 1/3 fat cream cheese
  •  8 ounces sour cream
  •  1 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  •  1 batch Rhonda’s Ranch Powder from THC OR
    •   1 1/2 tbsps dried parsley flakes
    •   1 tsp dill weed
    •   3/4 tbsp onion powder
    •   1 tsp garlic powder
    •   1/2  tsp sea salt
    •   1/4 tsp black pepper
    •   2 tsp dried chives
  •  1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  •  ¾ cup carrots shredded
  •  ¾ cup broccoli florets
  •  ¾ cup green and red pepper finely diced
  •  ¾ cup black olives sliced
  •  ¾ cup green onions sliced
  •  1 bag NCEB (including ingredients on packet required to make)

 

Salted Caramel Butter Bites:

  •  2 cups almond flour
  •  ½ cup Swerve Sweetener or THM Gentle Sweet
  •  2 tablespoon coconut flour
  •  ¼ teaspoon salt
  •  6 tablespoon butter melted
  •  ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  ¼ teaspoon sea salt (more if desired)
  •  ¼ cup butter
  •  3 tablespoon Swerve Brown (or THM Gentle Sweet mixed with 1 tsp Molasses)
  •  3 tablespoon THM Super Sweet
  •  ½ cup heavy cream
  •  ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  •  ¼ teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  •  2 tablespoon water
