Coffee Creamer - Pumpkin Spice
THM-Friendly: FP up to 2 Tbsp.
- one batch of original Coffee Creamer
- 2 Tbsp. Swerve Brown
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

When creating the original coffee creamer recipe, use 2 Tbsp. Swerve Brown instead of THM Super Sweet. Alternatively, you could just add 1/4 teaspoon of blackstrap molasses to your Super Sweet. Reduce the creamer over low heat as the original recipe directs.
Add the reduced cream to the blender with the additional ingredients (nut milk, sunflower lecithin, whey, and stevia) from the original recipe, adding pumpkin puree, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
