These recipes are:

- dairy free adaptable
We will be making: S’more Parfaits and Chocolate Raspberry Cake Roll !
Ingredients you will need to participate:

Cake:
- 8 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar
- pinch of salt
- 1/8 cup of THM's Sweet Blend or 1/4 cup of Truvia, Xylitol or Erythritol
- 2 scoops of THM Pristine Protein Powder (Hemp Protein for DF)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Filling:
- 1 cup Egg whites (carton)
- 3 TBS Gentle Sweet
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Tools:
- Baking sheet
- Blender
- Small fry pan or microwave
- Parchment
- Mixer (hand or stand)
- Spatula
- Mixing Bowl
- Oven
S’More Parfait Ingredients:
Chocolate Pudding:
- 2 cups egg whites (carton)
- 6 TBS Gentle Sweet
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 cup almond milk
Marshmallow:
- 1/3 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Gelatin
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Erythritol
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
Crumb Layer:
- coconut oil cooking spray
- THM Baking Blend (1/3 cup)
- THM Just Gelatin (3/4 tsp)
- THM Integral Collagen (2 Tbsp)
- aluminum-free baking powder (3/4 tsp)
- mineral salt (2 pinches)
- THM Gentle Sweet (1 Tbsp)
- butter (coconut oil for DF) (1 Tbsp)
- egg white (s) (1/2 cup)
- vanilla extract (3/4 tsp)
