Thanksgiving Side Dish Class! Join us to make Sweet Potato Casserole and No Carb Easy Bread Stuffing!
Sweet Potato Casserole
- 4 cups Butternut squash or Pumpkin (peeled, cubed) (this is for an S - you can use sweet potato for an XO)
- 1 medium head Cauliflower (chopped into florets)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 + 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup + 1 TBS Brown Swerve (OR THM Gentle Sweet mixed with 1 tsp molasses)
- 2 cups Pecans
Stuffing
- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 10 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 loaf NCEB (will cook live - need ingredients on bag)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley ( OR 2 Tbsp dried parsley)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme (OR 1 tsp dried thyme)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh sage (OR 1 tsp dried sage)
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (OR 1/2 tsp dried rosemary)
