Join us as we make milky way, crunch bars and almond joy! don't feel deprived!
Milky Way:
- 6 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Almond flour
- ⅓ cup Butter
- 2 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup Lily’s chocolate baking chips
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
- Small silicon bar pan, mini muffin tin with liners or any mold you prefer
Almond Joy:
- ⅓ cup THM Gentle Sweet
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoon canned coconut milk
- Pinch salt
- 3.5 oz 85% dark chocolate or sugar free chocolate
- 24 whole almonds or more if you make smaller bars
- Small silicon bar pan, mini muffin tin with liners or any mold you prefer
Crunch Bars
- ½ cup nut butter of choice
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate chopped
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- ¼ to ½ cups powdered Swerve Sweetener or THM Gentle Sweet
- 2 ½ crushed plain pork rinds (do not get flavored!)
