Peanut Butter Oatmeal Protein Bars

- 1/2 cup of Trim Healthy Optimized Peanut Spread (from Wisdom Recipe Collection)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. THM Optimized Whey Protein (Vanilla)
- 2 Tbsp. THM Optimized Collagen
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. psyllium husk
- 2 pinches mineral salt
- 1 tsp. melted no sugar added peanut butter
Mix all ingredients (except the teaspoon of peanut butter) together well in a food processor until very well combined and sticky. Spread into a small rectangle. Leave them pretty thick. You’ll cut this into 4 bars (servings). Drizzle melted PB on top.
