Thanksgiving Savory Herb Turkey Meatballs with Cranberry Relish

Meatballs:

  • 1 lb. ground turkey breast or ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste, 

plus any other spices you’d like

Cranberry Relish:

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. Gentle Sweet
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix turkey, zucchini, egg whites, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs (about 2 Tbsp. each) and bake for 20 minutes. Makes about 14 meatballs.

Simmer cranberries, water, sweetener, and zest until cranberries burst and sauce thickens. Serve with the meatballs.
