Marketing Agreement

1. What We (the Agency) Will Do (Scope of Work)

We’ll provide the following services to help you reach your goals: 

• Marketing Audit & Onboarding -  Included
  
  
• Social Media Content Creation - We will commit to having a vault of these posts ready to go each month.$97 month
• 20 Tweetables/Facebook post ideas
• 20 Sharable Memes
• 20 Converting Conversations
• 15 Reel or TikTok Concepts/Inspirations
• One sales funnel complete with lead magnet
  
  

2. Here are the nitty gritty details of when and who is responsible for what!!

Project Timeline

• Length of Project: From [date of purchase] through customer cancellation.
• Delivery Schedule: Each month on the 1st your “bank” will be loaded with content
• Revisions: You’re entitled to one request for revisions, to be requested within10 of delivery.  Note: We will not be able to redesign the content for “style” you are only able to make content requests.

Who’s Responsible for What

• Our Responsibilities: We’ll deliver all of the above highlighted items for you by the agreed upon date.  We will not be delivering anything that is crossed off from the above list.
• Your Responsibilities: You’ll provide tweak and use the content in any manner you see fit.
• Main Points of Contact: For us, it’s purchaser and digital signor for you, it’s KJ York, [email protected]

Payment Details

• Our Fee:$97.00 per month and auto renewal until cancelled by purchaser.

Ownership of Work & Privacy

• Final Ownership: Once payment is complete, you own the final work.
• Agency Rights: We may keep rights to certain assets (if relevant) and may showcase our work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Ending the Agreement

• Cancellation Policy: Either of us can end the agreement with 1 day notice.
• Liability Protection: We both agree to handle our responsibilities. If something outside either of our control goes wrong, we won’t hold each other liable beyond the project fees.
• Solving Disagreements: If we can’t solve any issues through a discussion, we’ll go to mediation and, if needed, arbitration. This Agreement follows North Carolina laws.
• Unexpected Events: In case of events beyond our control, like natural disasters, we’ll agree on a fair way forward.
• Changes to This Agreement: Any changes must be in writing and signed by both of us.
