Hi, My name’s Mary Malone. I specialize in fermenting gut-healthy foods that fit into the Trim Healthy Mama Plan. I love making kefir, kombucha, fermented veggies and sourdough. I also have vast knowledge of canning jams, jellies, fruits and sauces in accordance with THM. I regularly tweak my family’s traditional recipes and recreate them to fit the Trim Healthy plan.
